No more walking empty streets Where the mind, spirit depletes where the heart deceits Till in darkness it retreats

Putting words to paper To not have to speak,

To feel safer Writing it all down To not in thoughts, emotions drown

When i close my eyes at night I wish for morning, a new light With my thoughts on paper i can see The colours, the light of day around me

To colour the world around me not just empty streets i see To see people pass me by Where love is,

A warm heart is always nearby
